My husband and I have built four homes in the past 30 years, so we are not new to this process, but we can confidently say that our experience with Jaha Homes is hands down the best of the four. In the Spring of 2022, after the death of my husband, I was looking for a new house. My realtor saw Nick Jaha on site at a property that was just being framed. He stopped to ask him about the property, and Nick showed it to us that day. It was very near what I wanted, but there were a few things I wanted to change or add, including a reconfiguration of the master bath, a screened in patio, and an additional finished room in the basement. Nick worked through all of that with me and was able to accommodate everything I needed. Before the drywall went up, I asked Nick if my four children and I could write some messages to my husband on the framing of the house. Although it was an unusual request, Nick immediately agreed and even offered to let us put something special as a reminder of my husband in the concrete of the house if we wanted. That was the first time he went above and beyond for us, but it wasn’t the last!
Throughout the whole process, Nick was available any time I had a question. He made the process of picking out all the finishes go seamlessly. Once the house was completed, Nick was still just as available for any question I had. To this day, if I have a question about anything, I know Nick is just a text away and that he will help me with whatever I need. I have heard horror stories about people who had nightmarish experiences with their builders. My experience could not have been more opposite. It was a joy to work with Jaha Homes, and I consider Nick a friend, not just my builder. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone considering building a home in the Louisville area! – Susan E.
